THE DIFFERENCE
When designing our interlock flooring, our primary concern was how
to create a superior flooring product that did not have the typical problems
associated with interlocking floor systems. We designed MEGA-LOCK and FLEC-LOCK
to provide an interlock mat so precisely cut that it appears seamless, large
enough to not require adhesive but still be manageable, allow versatility
in installation, and most importantly, look fantastic!
THE SEAMS
Some cutting systems use pressurized water that actually removes part
of the mat leaving gaps between the seams. Other systems apply so much pressure
during the process that it results in concave edges, making weak seams. Our
state-of-the-art precision cutting process slices through rubber without pressure
or displacement resulting in an unbelievable, almost seamless interlock pattern
that does not compromise the mat's strength.
THE MAT
Both MEGA-LOCK and FLEC-FLOCK are constructed of 100%-recycled rubber.
In addition to receiving a dynamic looking floor, you also receive a resilient
surface that will reduce injuries. Rubber mats also provide a wonderful
anti-fatigue solution for high traffic areas.

MATERIAL:
MEGA-LOCK is made of premium recycled crumb rubber. FLEC-LOCK contains
both premium recycled crumb rubber and specially formulated high-quality
colored rubber granules. Colored rubber is colorfast and UV resistant.
STANDARD COLORS: MEGA-LOCK Black FLEC-LOCK Red, Blue, Green, White and Pearl colors available.
COLOR PERCENTAGES: 15%, (minimum 1,000 square feet)
Installation Tips
MEGA-LOCK and FLEC-LOCK can be installed easily over nearly any smooth
surface including concrete, asphalt, wood or tile. No special tools are
required. No adhesives required.

MEGA-LOCK and FLEC-LOCK are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects
in material and workmanship.
