Plastic Lumber Products are guaranteed against any manufacturers defect, including splitting, cracking or damage caused by insects, rot, corrosion, fungal decay, or any physical polymer breakdown, for a period of fifty (50) years from original date of purchase.

We will replace any of our recycled plastic lumber that fails to perform its original function due to any of the above-specified conditions. This warranty is only valid for manufacturers defect, and would be void with improper installation. Warranty does not include shipping problems, installation errors, discoloration due to extreme elements/contraction, board blemishes, or exterior board damage due to shipping or improper handling.

We will do even exchanges for all "defected" materials. (Defects must be caused by improper manufacturing of the product). We will not be responsible for any consequential damages. We will not b e liable for things such as, installation costs, shipping costs, or time and labor.

Note: This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of lumber. Proof of purchase must be provided. Warranty does not cover minimal color variance, or fading.
